Agriculture imposes external costs upon society through pesticides, nutrient runoff, excessive water usage, and assorted other problems. At the same time as the nutrient runoff is a problem some essential nutrients, like phosphorous are running scarce. In our view, agriculture is in need of a mixed chemistry rescue team as ours!
For example, it is necessary to reduce the impact that fertilizers have on our environment, and one way is to get a better controlled release than currently available on the market. Moreover, it is necessary to regard sludge as a nutrient resource rather than waste.
Two of our customers do exactly this and we help them to succeed. We apply our understanding and experience from especially the pharmaceutical industry onto the problems at hand for agriculture. In this field we have added innovation and new IP to our customers.
