Less than one year after the Medicon Valley Inhalation Consortium was initiated we were engaged in a project in collaboration with two of the other partners in the consortium. The client was an international pharmaceutical company and our role was the one of the formulation scientist. We used XRPD, NMR spectroscopy, HPLC, viscometry and tensiometry in the project.

In a project for another pharmaceutical company we assisted with a Scientifically based strategy for formulation development. We gave the client the so called Operational Window, within which the client’s lab personnel should focus their efforts to achieve the best possible formulation based on the excipients approved for inhalation products.
